We are currently recruiting attorneys to work in New York with the following qualifications: - Large law firm and In-house experience - Minimum of 10 years legal experience - Substantive experience in one or more of the following areas: - Mergers and Acquisitions - Initial Public Offerings - Securities law ('33, '34, '40 Act) - Hedge Funds - Health and Welfare Plans - ERISA - Ediscovery policies and procedures relating to the preservation, collection, review and production of ESI.
