In-House Contract Attorney Needed

Our client, a building systems services provider, is seeking a very experienced attorney to work on a contract basis drafting, negotiating and reviewing contracts, managing litigation and performing corporate due diligence.  Qualified candidates will have previous in-house experience in all of these areas of practice and be particularly experienced in the area of contract drafting, negotiation and review.  The position will require a commitment to work on a full time basis in downtown Houston for several months.  Great hourly rate available!  Please submit resumes in MS Word format to Mrs. Regan Bowen at resumes@providusgroup.com and reference job #4531.
