The Mergis Group, a division of Spherion is in search of an IP Litigation Paralegal. The Mergis Group specializes in matching the skill sets of talented legal professionals to the needs of law firm and legal departments. Our client, a reputable law firm located in Downtown, Washington, DC is in search of a career minded paralegal with:3+ years of IP Litigation experience. The firm is rapidly expanding their IP department with new attorneys and active cases. IP is great practice area that allows growth and long term financial reward. Ideal candidate will be capable of handling many phases of litigation support including document control and analysis. Must be proficient with litigation databases such as Concordance and IPRO. ITC filings and in-court trial experience a plus! Occasional travel and overtime required. If you are a career paralegal looking to make a change this is a great opportunity.
