Job Category: Human Resources Location: New York, NY 10012 Career Level: Manager (Manager/Supervisor of Staff) Human Resources Manager Axiom is seeking a leader in its Human Resources department to help the firm develop its community of talented employees!This role requires a strong HR operations background as well as experience dealing with employees across multiple geographies domestically and internationally.The Manager will: · Manage a team responsible for benefits administration,  open enrollment, policy & procedure, employee relations and HRIS (ADP HRB)· Proactively lead the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, programs and practices that are aligned with HR and company objectives (across offices)· Own the ongoing facilitation of the performance management process for HQ employees and attorneys· Manage HR metrics and reporting· Support the new market entry team in identifying issues, challenges and employment laws regarding opening offices in markets· Advise the Executive Team on employee relations issues· Work with the Learning & Development Manager to develop and roll out HR compliance related training An ideal candidate will possess 7 - 10 years of progressive experience in an HR generalist position.  The ability to coach, mentor, teach, and develop others is a must.  Written and oral communication skills must be very strong.  Problem analysis and solving acumen with a hands-on, roll up your sleeves and get it done mentality.  Mindset that focuses on solving business related challenges via people solutions.Who We AreAxiom is a modern alternative to the traditional law firm.
