A Top New York Law Firm is recruiting for a Human Resources Generalist with 4-5 years experience in compensation. The ideal candidate will have data entry background with some recruiting and experience with HRIS Systems and Ceridian. Prepare spreadsheets in Excel for the Y/E bonus and salary projections and respond to salary surveys for other firm offices. Conduct initial screening referral for Departments including Technology Services, Legal Assistants and Business Development. Must be familiar with Towers Perrin and have legal background.
