The company provides customers access to 5 billion searchable documents from more than 35,000 legal, news and business sources.Responsibilities To provide customer care, consulting services, scheduling, planning, QA, and technical support on-site for software customers.Qualifications 1. Must have expert functional knowledge of the company's application software products. 2. Must have working knowledge of relational database concepts. 3. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or possesses equivalent experience. 4. Must have 4+ years of technical support and/or product design experience 5. Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic level and functional level. 6. Management: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities. 7. Leadership: a demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others. 8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 9. Strong customer orientation. 10. Commitment to company values. 11. Ability to travel at a minimum 50% up to 90% 12. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. 13. Must have the ability to interact across multiple departments. 14. Strong customer service and problem solving skills 15. Ability to lead clients through change process1. Communicate with customers with regards to any account problems and discuss customer concerns and suggestions. 2. Gather and communicate suggestions on product feedback, enhancement, upgrades, and development. 3. Perform bug verification, release testing, and beta support for assigned products. 4. Facilitate the resolution of technical problems 5. Perform on-site client work on applications including installation. 6. Perform in-house database consulting to clients including data modification and data conversion services. 7.
