Experienced Litigation Paralegal
Large Memphis Firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal:
Requirements:
Degree from an accredited four-year college or university and/or a certificate in Paralegal studies. In lieu of education, they would be required to have at least three to five years experience as a paralegal with a law firm. An in-depth knowledge of the principles, methods, materials and practices of legal research. Experience working with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Summation, Lexis and Westlaw, and other computer programs as needed. Extensive writing skills in order to prepare legal documents, enhanced communication skills in order to effectively discuss complex legal issues with attorney, and should be able to handle multiple tasks assigned to them by the attorneys and prioritize them effectively.
