We are looking for an experienced attorney recruiting professional to join our team of successful legal search consultants in our Boston office. We currently have an opening in our Associate practice team to focus on lateral attorney recruiting for law firms.

Requirements

Position qualifications include: Your experience should include 2+ years of permanent or temporary legal recruiting experience with a legal search firm focused on attorney placements. JD degree is ideal. In addition, a minimum of 2 to 5 years experience working in a large law firm, executive recruiting firm or top law school career services office is desired. Excellent interpersonal skills; strong writing skills; an entrepreneurial, risk-positive spirit; extraordinary dedication to client service and a demonstrated commitment to quality.
