===Estate Planning Paralegal===
Our client, a well-respected and national law firm located in Century City, seeks an Estate Planning Paralegal on a temp-to-hire basis or direct-hire basis. The ideal candidate must have 5+ years of SOLID ESTATE PLANNING EXPERIENCE. Daily duties will include, but not limited to: estate administration, coordinating trust administration of revocable trusts, final distribution of the estate, including preparing inventories. The candidate must have prior experience drafting complex estate plans. In addition, he/she must have strong financial aptitude since some of the daily duties will include preparing estate tax returns and state inheritance tax returns.This paralegal position works directly with a prominent partner and two associates in the Estate Planning Dept.The firm's general requirements are as follows:(1) BA/BS degree preferred;(2) Paralegal certificate from an accredited ABA program preferred;(3) At least 5 years of solid estate planning experience at a law firm;(4) Good work ethic and “team player” attitude;(5) Currently reside in Los Angeles, California;(6) Immediate availability;(7) Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
