Husch Blackwell Sanders LLP, a full service law firm with over 600 attorneys representing a wide variety of personal and professional backgrounds, is a combination of two of the region’s nationally recognized law firms, Husch & Eppenberger, LLC and Blackwell Sanders LLP. We have an immediate opening for an Enterprise Applications Manager in the IT Department of our Clayton office.

Reports to:
Sr. Manager-Enterprise Applications

Scope of responsibilities:
Provides support for all enterprise applications, including Elite (accounting) and supporting subsystems, DM5 (document management), Microsoft Office, Workshare, Filesurf (records management), HRIS and others.

Manages a team of business analysts that support the above listed applications.

Works closely with senior managers and other personnel in other administrative areas that use these applications to ensure their service requirements are being met.

Collaborates with other members of the I.T., Practice Support and HR departments in the support of these systems, including Help Desk, Network Operations, Training, Knowledge Management and others.

Ensures that systems are being adequately maintained, including monitoring backups, patching systems in accordance with vendor schedules, planning, testing and implementing upgrades.

 

Minimum requirements:
Four year technical degree or equivalent experience

Minimum of 8 years experience in I.T.

Prior experience managing people preferred

Proven business analyst skills

Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills

Extensive experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications

Experience supporting legal enterprise applications preferred

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with others both within and outside the department in a collaborative team environment
