Our client; a large, preeminent, global Law Firm seeks:

Business Development/Practice Development Specialist

Under the support of the Practice Development Manager and the Lawyers of the Energy Practice
The focus of the role is to help develop new business with current and new clients and enhance the image and reputation of the practice area.

Responsibilities include: managing the research function of the practice, analyzing it, and reporting to the PD Manager on application of practice-focused client initiatives.

Gathering, organizing and managing information about the practice group, its lawyers, clients/prospects and the marketplace, and ensuring such information is effectively used.

Liaison with the central marketing team on the development, design and print production of marketing materials; and update the Pitch & Proposal Management System for all Energy pitch/proposal activity.

The successful candidate will have:

3-5 years experience in global Law Firm
MBA
Strong RFP writing skills
Ability to work under pressure and on tight deadlines
Experience in dealing with Attorneys on a daily basis
Superior Communication skills and a positive attitude
