Electronic Discovery Manager
DAEGIS is seeking to hire a fulltime Electronic Discovery Manager in our San Francisco Office.

About the position…
The Essential Job Functions of this position includes but is not limited to the following:
 Supervision of ED leads and provide support Coordinate work flow within the ED/QA Dept. Workflow overview and planning ED station resource management Hold leads accountable for procedures and protocols Supervision of QA/QC Techs on all DocHunter converted images using historical knowledge issues Check for formatting issues within formatting of converted documents such as Excel, Work, Outlook Email, Lotus Email, PowerPoint, Acrobat, etc. Check for does which system falsely identifies as having images Investigate problematic files Make suggestions on how to fix issues and intervene if necessary Document problems and look for error patterns for submission to development Tracking errors within our internal error tracking log Maintain a proactive understanding of all jobs currently in house to assure you are aware of the specifications involved with individual unique jobs. Responsible to maintain ED productivity standard as set by department head Create documentation for standards and protocols for all ED functions Other tasks as assigned

Required skills for this position are:
 Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience Computer knowledge of Excel and Access including formulas and quires 2+ years of litigation experience required Familiarity with database theory Ability to understand new software quickly and efficiently Ability to independently expand knowledge of software Strong verbal and communication skills Detail oriented and ability to multi-task Flexible hours and overtime and weekend are required as needed.
