ENERGETIC LEGAL ASSISTANT
We are a fast-paced, regional law firm and we seek a polished Legal Assistant with a minimum of 2 years of no fault/insurance defense experience to work in our Long Island office.
Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, extensive transcription using digital dictation, scheduling and confirming depositions, legal research, answering and assisting calls, opening and maintaining files, maintaining attorney calendars, file organization and general administrative duties.
Previous law firm and billing experience are preferred but excellent typing skills, experience using Microsoft Office Suite and strong organizational skills are required.
