More importantly, you relish being part of a team in which everyone has an equal voice. You are equally comfortable carrying an extensive caseload and meeting VIP clients as you are photocopying your own cases.  You know that, especially in a small office environment, it is important for everyone to get along. So, of course you have a charismatic personality and long to share your funny stories and jokes.  Best of all, you would really be comfortable sporting jeans and flip-flops each day.
