Customer Service Representatives- M-F only - Downtown
Description
Fortune 500 Company Headquartered in Downtown Cleveland is seeking 10 Customer Service Representatives to start ASAP!
Customer Service Representatives will take inbound calls in a call center environment, using an automatic dialer. All calls are from current customers seeking information on their legal insurance benefits. Call types may include, account updates, plan changes, and requests to be transferred to other internal departments.
This is a very professional and stable company with tremendous growth opportunities. This position does require a 4 year degree due to the potential for advancement into other departments.
We offer:
Monday – Friday
Shifts are 8.5 hours, with ½ hour break
Shift times are determined by a lottery system and will start as early as 8:30am and end as late as 7pm.

Requirements
Requires:
A completed 4 year degree that can be verified by the University
2 years of quality driven customer service experience
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate or higher computer skills and the ability to type 35+ wpm
**Spanish Bilingual CSR’s preferred due to call volume!!**
**$13/hour for Spanish Bilingual!!**
