It gets better.Job Description: On-Site manager of an Imaging Services account generally with 10 to 30 employees. Responsible for managing the customer relationships, site financials, and site personnel.Job Responsibilities: Responsible for managing the day to day operations of a site at the most efficient level. This will include assignment of jobs, scheduling of staff, monitoring timely completion of jobs. Manages overflow/temporary staff usage ensuring the site is adequately staffed at all times and within labor budget guidelines. Monitors work in process to assure it conforms to client instructions, production measures and quality standards, paper use and waste. Manages projects at client's sites (up to 30% of the time). Responsibilities include setting up equipment and site, training temporary personnel and communicating with clients. Coordinates complex customer jobs. Assists and coaches staff by assisting with production when needed. Performs personnel supervisory responsibilities including selection, appraisal, review, discipline, termination, job assignments. Recommends salary changes, promotions, transfers. Develops process improvements and identifies opportunity for service enhancements. Establishes and implements standard procedures for site operations. Job Requirements: A Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration) required. A combination of education and work experience may be substituted. MBA or progression toward an MBA is a plus. A minimum of two years experience in Litigation Imaging and/or Reprographics services is a plus. Solid understanding of procedures, software and equipment in document Imaging is a plus. A minimum of 1 - 2 years previous supervisory experience in a related field required. Ability to multi-task and change priorities as needed. Proven ability to handle stressful situations and deadline pressures. Proven ability to problem solve. Strong and effective decision making skills necessary to prioritize workload, assign staff, etc. Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary Basic financial analysis and math skills required for budgeting, payroll, etc. Proven customer service skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships. Must be able to communicate and interact effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds.Williams Lea offers competitive salaries and an excellent benefits package.
