Establish and implement best practice across the team. Work with the partners to identify the strategy to profile the firm both internally and externally. Consult with the partners to identify the business development strategy to support and encourage efforts to grow and develop the office, while managing client relationships in the best possible way in order to increase business. Budget holder to ensure that marketing works within the set financial constraint without compromising on quality of deliverables for clients. Work with and coach the marketing team (two managers and two assistants) in order to implement the strategy. Work closely with partners to ensure that marketing fulfils the business need and contributes to the development of the office. Minimum of eight years marketing experience in blue-chip organisations with four years as a manager supervising a team. Evidence of dealing with and influencing senior management and obtaining buy-in for strategic initiatives. Professional, consultative and advisory approach together with the ability to build relationships quickly. Creative thinker and able to analyze problems and offer solutions quickly.
