Customer Service Representative

ARS ANNOUNCES A GREAT CAREER OPPORTUNITY:

Stable and growing Legal Photocopy Service seeks a Customer Service Representative to service our attorney clients throughout the Bay Area, primarily in San Francisco, Oakland and San Jose.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Travel to client offices to assist with order processing. Review client files and gather relevant information.  Prepare order forms and obtain authorizations and/or required attachments. Respond to client requests in tracking order status. Work with the Sales Team to ensure that exceptional customer service is provided.

REQUIREMENTS:Excellent organizational skills - ability to manage time and schedule activities in a highly-productive manner. Excellent in-person customer service and people skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail, and computer literate. Positive, outgoing and enthusiastic personality. Professional business appearance and attire. Good common sense and decision making abilities. Basic typing skills (30 wpm minimum). Clear and legible handwriting abilities. Must have reliable transportation and meet certain insurance requirements. Must have a good DMV record.

Successful completion of a background check is required before hiring.
