Location: Houston, TX 77001Your location:home » find a job » advanced search » job description Apply Online Send this Job to a Friend Energy corporation seeks part-time FERC attorney to provide advice and guidance on all US legal matters affecting natural gas, crude oil, transportation, marketing and market manipulation. Assist in integrating assets into existing business through extensive analysis and revision of previous practices to meet acquiring company compliance standards, engage and manage outside counsel in all aspects of litigation involving pipeline matters. This contract assignment is indefinite in length and 20 to 30 hours a week.
