A growing international investment and finance company is seeking a Corporate Transactional Legal Secretary to assist the In-house Counsel. Successful candidate will have strong typing and computer skills, including Word, and any document management software like Summation is helpful. This company deals with a lot of companies in Asia and Europe, so Mandarin Chinese or any European language is required.
