Are you an experienced corporate generalist looking for more control over your schedule? Counsel On Call has an opportunity for an attorney with excellent academic credentials and large law firm training for an ongoing, periodic contract assignment with a small law firm with offices downtown and in Deerfield. This is an ideal opportunity for an attorney who graduated in the top one-third from a top 20 law school, with at least five years of large law firm experience. Demonstrated experience handling small business acquisitions required; commercial real estate experience preferred. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, have strong interpersonal and organizational skills and great attention to detail. Not for someone between jobs, this position will provide you control over your schedule, the ability to do challengingwork while developing a long-term relationship with our client, and the potential to work from home.
