Transactional firm seeks qualified and experienced transactional secretary. Position requires heavy client contact of a confidential nature, extensive and complex document creation and revision, dictation, redlining, maintain attorney’s calendar, coordinate travel arrangements, organize and respond to correspondence, filing, etc. Likewise, candidate must be highly skilled and proficient in MS Word, WordPerfect, type 65 wpm, excellent communication and organizational skills.
