The candidate must have supported Corporate Counsel in a publicly traded company. A minimum of two years college is required plus five years experience supporting a senior executive, two of which were directly supporting the Corporate Secretary of a public company. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and excellent interpersonal skills; the ability to handle changing priorities; work well independently; and solve problems quickly and proactively with a professional appearance and demeanor. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential. Some overtime is required. A competitive compensation and benefits plan are offered.
