That mission and focus continue to this day.POSITIONS OPEN: Junior Corporate Paralegal to $75K and Senior Corporate Paralegal to $100K+DUTIES: Working under the supervision of attorneys, you will provide significant assistance with incorporations and general corporate work, including but not limited to, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, venture financings, private equity and Blue Sky compliance. Securities experience important. Must be able to work with minimal supervision on complex matters. Draft and review corporate documents and perform complex and non-routine projects requiring a high level of independent judgment. Must have demonstrated familiarity with all federal and state forms regarding corporations and partnerships and the filing procedures. TO QUALIFY: B.A. degree and Paralegal Certificate preferred. For Junior position, 2+ years Corporate/Finance/Securities Paralegal experience. M&A's and overall transactional experience. For Senior position 8 + years of same experience.
