Corporate Paralegal - great opportunity

The Mergis Group, a division of Spherion is in search of Corporate Paralegal for a reputable DC based law firm. This firm is known for a great corporate group that offers substantive corporate work to advance in your corporate paralegal career. Please only apply if you are a career paralegal with corporate experience.  Looking for a paralegal who has experience with:  Â·  Prepare audit opinion letters, draft resolutions of directors and shareholders authorizing various actions  Assist with corporate filings, such as formations, incorporations, foreign qualifications, name reservations, amendments, dissolutions, DBA filings and mergers.  Assist Investment Management Group with Form ADV amendment filings and various Investment Company filings. Â·  Coordinate the formation, registration and utilization of various corporate entities.   Experience with SEC filings and UCC searches and familiar with such filings as Section 16 filings     Experience with Blue Sky preferred but not required.   .    All inquires will be held in strict confidence.
