Corporate Legal Counsel

The North America division of Altran Group, a leading global technology and consulting company with over 16,000 employees worldwide, seeks its first in-house counsel.  As our sole in-house attorney, you will manage all of our business contracts and negotiations, formulate policies to ensure legal and contract compliance, manage the resolution of our disputes, manage our outside counsel, attend to our corporate records, and contribute to the formulation of our business strategy. 

 

The successful candidate will have 6+ years in a complex, transactional business law environment, preferably with both law firm and in-house experience.  General counsel or divisional counsel experience is most preferred.  We also require strong interpersonal and communication skills.  All candidates must have JD from an accredited law school and current membership in the MA or NH bar.  International business experience and foreign language skills are an advantage.
