The ideal candidate will have one to three years of experience working on corporate matters. Areas of expertise that are desirable- mergers and acquisitions, start-up companies, credit facilities and finance, investment fund and investment advisor matters, contract negotiations, intellectual property and securities. The successful candidate will work on matters in all of these areas. Candidates must be members of the CA Bar and have at least one year of post-JD experience at a law firm. Candidates must have a strong academic record from a top-100 law school. Compensation is dependent on level of experience.
