The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of overall legal experience with a minimum of four years of corporate transactional experience. The successful candidate will have significant experience in some of the following areas: corporate growth and governance; licensing and distribution; mergers and acquisitions; private equity and venture capital; capital markets and public finance; corporate securities; labor and employment counseling; commercial lending and secured transactions; and intellectual property.Candidates must have a strong academic record from a top-100 law school and be active members of the CA Bar. Compensation is competitive with the Sacramento market.
