Controller, Service Sector Call (520)323-6903Description: Responsible for the firm's internal accounting processes, consolidated financial statements and cash management. Prepares consolidated financial statements and corresponding schedules for the Firm and associated organizations. Reconciles bank statements. Prepares journal entries. Prepares spreadsheets, schedules and reports as needed. Processes cash receipts. Pays monthly leasing loan payments and monthly sales tax report. Enters and updates assets in the fixed asset scheduleAdministers and coordinates payments through United Way Philanthropic Fund. Provides information for annual tax returns for the Firm and affiliated organizations. Provides financial statements and miscellaneous information to outside sources when required. Monitors cash accounts. Transfers funds between accountsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIESConsolidated financial statement experience.
