Occupation:Paralegal & Legal Secretary Position Description:The Coordinator, Client Contracts is responsible for contract distribution and maintenance. This position will be responsible for the management of the online contract library and database.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Create template contracts, including draft agreements and BAAs.2. Maintain database and post contracts.3. Pull contracts and discovery for legal inquiries.4. Perform clerical duties associated with contract preparation and filing.5. Scan and create client legal folders.6. Monitor Client Contracting mailbox and Heat Tickets.7. Demonstrate commitment to Viant core values.8. The incumbent works under direct supervision and aids higher levels through providing basic contract creation and posting.
