Contract Attorney with Excellent Writing Skills
Seeking attorney on contract basis with the ability to write persuasive, well organized, and coherent motions. Individual will be required to make occasional court appearances to argue motions.Â
Attorney should be able to resolve legal issues by researching references with attention to detail and will assist by advising on legal rights, obligations, privileges, statutes, and legal decisions. Attorney will be required to conduct legal research, keep client abreast of developments, and provide explanations of legal concepts and actions.
History of ability to complete discovery processes is essential. Attorney should be able to develop case by preparing legal briefs and developing strategies, arguments, and testimony.Â
Excellent writing, editing, and conceptual skills a must.  We look forward to your application. This is a telecommuting opportunity and the client will be very flexible with hours and schedule. Attorney should be based in Southern California and a member of the California Bar.Â
