Conflicts Manager
JOB DUTIES:
The Conflict's Department is responsible for opening all new clients and matters for all of the Firm's offices domestically and internationally. This position will manage the Conflicts of Interest Department staff of 13 analysts, including monitoring the Conflicts workload to ensure smoothness of operations. Will work closely with Conflicts Partner and Senior Conflicts Attorney in establishing new procedures and strategic planning for the Department; will be in charge of evaluating hardware and software needs of the Department and managing the integration of new software and systems. Will also play a key role in the Department Budgeting Process. Special projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be specifically listed on resume in order to be considered for this position.Bachelor's Degree required.Previous Supervisory experience required.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
JD is optional. Supervisory experience in a Law Firm is desired. Conflicts experience is preferred. Legal Key experience would be very helpful. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of personnel. Strong organizational skills and detail orientation. Clearance of firm standard background checks required.
