Client Service Specialist

A progressive mortgage banking law firm is seeking a qualified Client Service candidate for its Louisiana office.  Requirements include: strong communication skills (both verbal and written)computer/typing skills

Duties for the position include:receiving requests from external and internal resourcesinterfacing with clients via phone and emailentering case information into client systemsanalyzing reports according to established procedures

Candidate must have the ability to work as a team player with clients and co-workers, and handle a high volume of work.
