Business Relationship Manager

Highly regarded Professional Services firm in Boston seeks a Business Relationship Manager to be responsible for establishing, managing and maintaining strategic relationships with internal customers.  Principal duties will include identifying opportunities to use technology to impact business unit strategy and performance, facilitating a continuous planning process, communicating technology strategy, plans and status to the business community and performing as a liaisons between IS and the end users of firm departments to define and establish service and support requirements.  Qualified candidates will have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and or Management, MBA is highly preferred, 8-10 years of relevant work experience within a Technology Consulting firm, knowledge of law office processes and familiarity with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts.  In addition significant business knowledge and close familiarity with technology used within the business unity and a strong customer service orientation is required.
