Business Development Associate

Compliance Inc., an industry-leading legal staffing form, seeks a Business Development Associate to perform business development and sales in our Houston marketplace.  We specialize in providing our clients with creative solutions for their legal staffing and document review needs.  We approach each engagement as a consulting opportunity and believe this is a relationship building profession, not just a transaction alone.  The ability to develop strong professional relationships is key to long lasting success.  The new member of our team will have a proven track record in business development, relationship building and success in working within a team to bring a project in ahead of tight deadlines.

Primary responsibilities include:Business development, new market penetration and current client management Managing and developing a client base of law firms, corporations and eDiscovery partners Meeting sales activity goals and demonstrating accountability for designated production goals Developing professional relationships with clients to ensure process flow and to establish a network Providing outstanding service to clients and developing a thorough understanding of each client's critical objectives 

Ideal candidate will possess:Multiple years of selling experience within the legal industry and/or a strong track record of consultative sales experience A strong work ethic and a high level of self motivation A competency with selling an intangible service to critical decision makers Strong negotiating skills and the ability to work closely with team members Accountability for their own financial and personal growth 4 year degree
