Attorney Recruitment Manager

Our client; a large, international Legal Firm seeks:

Attorney Recruitment Manager
Supervises the activities of the Legal Personnel and Recruiting staff in the New York office.  Coordinates with the Legal Personnel and Recruiting Managers and Coordinators in other offices Handles employee relations issues for attorneys.  Manages annual compensation review process for attorneys and technology specialists. Manages the annual budget review process Manages Recruitment Coordinators Manages the planning and execution of all aspects of the Summer Program Serves as the PeopleSoft (HRIS) project leader for Legal Personnel and Recruiting Department. Manages orientation programs and arrival preparations for fall associates.

Requirements


The successful candidate will have:
A minimum of 5 years experience in recruitment or human resources in Law Firm. Previous experience with PeopleSoft or other web-based HRIS preferred. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and oral and written communication skills. Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities; excellent attention to detail; ability to take initiative and work independently; ability to effectively delegate work and supervise staff members.
Education:
B.A./ B.S. Degree.
