Attorney Development and Recruitment Manager

Seeking an Attorney Development and Recruitment Manager in the Houston Office oflarge law firm.  This position reports to the firm wide Director of Attorney Development and Recruitment and to the Houston Office Director of Administration.  The Manager will work closely with the local recruiting and development committee and with other managers of the office.

Responsible for the recruiting and hiring functions for the summer associate programs, on-campus recruiting, entry level associate hiring process, lateral associate hiring.  Responsible for attorney development including mentoring program for both summer associates and attorneys in the Houston office.  Maintains attorney CLE reporting and facilitates CLE opportunities.

Experience with budgeting, recruiting and event planning.  Experience with Microsoft Office Suite an LawCruit.

Strong organizational and administrative skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines and ability to maintain confidentiality and work with discretion.
