Top performers make well over six figures. Job Description: As a valued team member, you will contribute to our group by sourcing legal professionals through cold calling, networking, ad sourcing and referrals. Must have the ability to work in a team environment and develop a solid, lasting relationship for within the legal community. Must be able to meet metrics on amount of calls made, in person interviews, interviews, reference checks and other due diligence to meet or exceed revenue goals.   Must be able to maintain control and manage the process of securing a position for our respected candidates that also match the needs of our clients. Must be able to communicate effective as well as critique to improve the performance of our candidates during the placement process. Must be able to effectively negotiate, set clear expectations of the process and deliver good and bad news. Must be honest and forthright, conduct due diligence such as reference checking, employment verification and open communication. Track the trends of the legal community by reading legal news, networking, and joining organization.  Know the market.  Job Requirements: A good work ethic and with sound business judgment is a must for this position. Good attention to detail and listening skills. Ability to multi tasking with strong organizational skills, managing a large amount of data, in box traffic while using sound business judgment. Prioritizing and planning your day to day activities to meet quarterly and monthly goals.
