The Administrative Placement Assistant is a highly visible, key position in the success of Providus. As Placement Assistant, you will work directly with the Placement Directors, and your primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: answering phones; maintaining administrative, reception and employee break areas; greeting candidates and other guests; ordering office supplies; performing daily data entry; maintaining client and candidate files; supporting marketing staff with mailings, brochures and presentations; scheduling interviews; preparing interview packages; collecting timesheets; assisting in job filling including qualifying candidates, scheduling interviews with clients; organizing start dates; and liaising between corporate and placement offices. The position requires the following skills: excellent computer skills, including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel; exceptional attention to detail; ability to multi-task; and possess a calm, pleasant demeanor and a team player attitude, showing willingness to help wherever needed.
