Administrative Assistant
Prominent downtown Boston firm seeks a bright college graduate to assist three busy executives. This position requires a bright, articulate, professional and hard working individual. Duties will include dealing with CEO's of major company's,therefore, the candidate must posses strong communication skills and a high degree of integrity.
Other responsibilities will include special projects, general administrative work, and power point presentations, strong technical skills are necessary. The candidate will be expected to work well independently, as well as be pro active. This company is a professional corporation but has a friendly and warm environment.
