This position exists to perform specific analytical and/or financial functions including financial analysis and completion of tasks consistent with department objectives. Deals with issues of moderate complexity and requires some decision-making. Requires understanding of overall business organization and functions.Qualifications 1. BA/BS, Accounting/Finance 2. 2-4 years of experience with the ability to complete financial analysis without direction 3. Individuals without a degree must demonstrate equivalent abilities and skill sets 4. Strong personal computer skills including word processing and spreadsheets 5. Strong teamwork & cooperation1. Secures relevant information and identifies key issues that are directly related to problem assessment. 2. Prepares and analyzes schedules, reports or journal entries. Understands impact of actions and analysis to overall financials. 3. Performs special projects as requested by manager. 4. Understands financial/accounting systems and software relevant to area as well as relationships between the systems. 5. Engages in basic research from multiple sources of information for purpose of identifying cause and effect relationships. 6. Provides financial reporting (ex. Budges, actuals, customer usage) to meet client expectations and deadlines. 7. Identifies problem areas when looking at information, seeing patterns, trends or missing pieces, noticing when a current situation is similar to a past situation and identifies the similarities. Questions inconsistency in financial data elements. Responsibilites: 1. Work with the respective business owners (CourtLink/Workflow Solutions) to drive desired business results. 2. Provide analytics to understand revenue drivers of the respective products in preparation of periodic Flashes, RF?s, and Budgets. 3. Provide analytics that determine sales goaling for respective products down to a Market Level. 4. Provide analysis and support to the business owner for Investment Reviews, Acquisition Reviews and/or Business Cases.
