Job Description
TrialGraphix is seeking an Account Manager to join our growing team. Our Account Managers meet with top attorneys in their market, educating them about the many products and services TrialGraphix offers to assist in preparing for and during trial. This is an outside sales opportunity. Working with an established client base, you will be given the opportunity to develop long-term relationships with some of the most respected attorneys and legal professionals in the country. Individual meetings with attorneys allow you to consult with clients regarding successful presentation strategies; group presentations provide the opportunity to develop creative marketing strategies and to educate larger groups about the ways in which we can assist with complex and high-profile litigation.
Working with our highly-motivated sales team, you will learn about all aspects of litigation and the new technologies that TrialGraphix develops to prepare for trial and present case information and facts. As an Account Manager, you will identify clients and cases that would benefit from our services and work with our design and production teams to ensure that we provide the highest levels of service.
Responsibilities/Qualifications
Outgoing, highly-motivated individuals excel in the role of the Account Manager. This position involves a great deal of client contact; scheduling client meetings and working with our team to close deals and maximize opportunities is also involved. A four-year degree and a minimum of two years professional experience is required. The successful candidate will have excellent relationship-building skills, the ability to sell consultatively, and strong telephone skills. A background in the legal industry is not necessary to be successful in this position.
Compensation/Benefits
The Account Manager position offers a base salary plus an uncapped commission pay structure. We consider our people to be our greatest assets, and we place a high priority on the growth and development of our employees. We are a growing company, and as new opportunities present themselves, we look within for employees who have potential to move up within the company and who are looking for a rewarding long-term career.
TrialGraphix offers highly competitive salaries, full health, dental, and vision benefits, flexible spending accounts, and a pre-tax transportation reimbursement program. In addition, we offer a 401(k) plan for which all employees are immediately eligible. We offer a great deal of opportunity for those looking to begin an exciting new career in a growing field. Submit your resume today - come join our winning team.
