Description:

§ Develop an effective understanding of the capabilities, benefits, and competitive advantages of TransPerfect Document Management services

§ Provide customer support and manage client expectations

§ Identify prospective leads at law firms and corporate counsel of major corporations; develop new client relationships via cold calling, meetings, and networking

§ Consult and present solutions to Partners, Attorneys, Paralegals, and Litigation Support Professionals

§ Build lasting relationships, and lead and direct the Sales Team to achieve revenue and profitability goals

§ Identify, qualify, develop and close sales opportunities in coordination with Sales Management

§ Promote TransPerfect by educating clients on the company’s various services

§ Manage and control pricing and contractual issues by developing a thorough understanding of company procedures





Required Skills:  

 

§ Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

§ Excellent English communication (written and verbal) skills

§ Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

§ Strong interpersonal skills

§ Effective time management

§ 'Hunter' sales mentality

§ Customer Support experience

§ At least 1 year of industry experience within Legal Sales, Electronic Discovery, Corporate Legal Sales or Litigation Support Sales a plus
