He later became Vice President of Marketing for a cable TV network before transitioning into the motion picture industry, where he was Director of Marketing for New Line Cinema and Director of Publicity for MGM. While with Marketing Corporation of America, he consulted for companies like IBM, 3M, GE and Avon.

Edward R. Speyer, Ph.D, President, CPS, has a 25-year background in academic administration, business and career management. He has served as Vice President of National Home Guaranty, Director of Marketing for North American Educational Services, and Vice President of Operations for American Tele-Marketing. Dr. Speyer has held human resource management positions with the City of Yonkers and the State of New York, and as a marketing consultant has counseled companies throughout the US.

Susan Skaf, President, Tudor Rose,  has nearly 20 years experience in staffing, recruiting and executive search. Ms. Skaf heads the paralegal, administrative support and middle management search responsibilities for Career Strategies. Ms. Skaf was educated to postgraduate level in London, specializing in French, Spanish and German. After holding positions at international corporations like The Guinness Peat Group in the U.K. and other multi-nationals in Europe, she came to the U.S., where she helped develop the international division of a large staffing firm in New York. Subsequently, she opened her own personnel business, Tudor Rose, in 1993. Tudor Rose has developed an excellent professional reputation among domestic and European companies. Along with her staffing experience, Ms. Skaf also has strong writing, editing and executive coaching skills. Â
