ATTORNEY POSITION
Portland, Maine staff legal office for Fortune 100 insurance company is seeking an attorney with 1 to 5 years experience to pick-up immediate case load in workers compensation practice, and who can also handle general litigation matters.
The individual must enjoy working in a high-volume case environment. The individual will be required to communicate effectively and positively with claims adjusters and insured clients. The ability to effectively communicate and persuade by printed and spoken word is critical. Willingness to travel to serviced area courts and workers comp commissions necessary. Computer proficiency a must. Admission to the Maine bar required.
