AML and Compliance Project Manager Needed!

Description:
AML and Compliance Project Manager needed for global Financial Services Firm to lead the development of project management tools and processes and their integration into the overall Compliance Risk Management function. Additionally, this role will be responsible for the project management of certain high-risk projects within the global organization, employing project rigor in order to effectively deliver the projects while minimizing the risk associated with it.

Responsibilities:Developing and implementing project management tools and templatesDesigning and employing a scalable project management process, including project team structures, task-level tracking, and status reportingProviding project management coaching for process improvement projectsHands-on project management of high risk projects and interfacing with internal and external project team membersQualifications:Strong program and project management skill mix, as well as organizational change management to help guide implementation of process changes resulting from various projectsRisk management and regulatory (especially AML) compliance experience is essential, as is the ability to work directly with senior business executives globally to manage and influence changeDemonstrated leadership skills and ability to operate smoothly in a cross cultural, global environmentStrong self-starting capacity for role of significant autonomy (3631B~)
