ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT RECRUIT FOR JUSTICE Advocates for Basic Legal Equality, Inc. (ABLE), is a non-profit law firm that provides free high quality legal assistance in civil matters to eligible low-income individuals in northwest and west central Ohio. ABLE is seeking an Administrative Assistant in its Toledo office to support its Human Resource Team. Individual will be responsible for all phases of recruitment, including but not limited to advertising, processing resumes, scheduling interviews, and law school fairs. Applicant must have good organizational skills; have experience with and possess proficiency in internet skills, word processing, e-mail and calendaring software in a Windows environment; excellent communication and administrative skills also required. Some human resource experience as it relates to recruitment is preferred. Ability to work well with people in a team setting required. Salary is based on relevant experience; excellent fringe benefits.
