eCommerce Division Manager - Commercial Printing
Come to work for one of the Southeast’s fastest growing commercial printers. Work with senior management to expand our top-level customer support team, to effectively support our customers nationwide in achieving their marketing objectives.
This position involves expanding an already extremely successful eCommerce division and leading it to the next level. Hiring, training and motivating a growing staff will be one area of focus for this position. The responsibilities for this position include: writing the entire training manual by which all customer service personnel will follow to produce outstanding customer service and developing a training program that will automate the entire sales process.
Experience in understanding search engine-ranking, pay-for-click advertising, email marketing and an understanding of the eCommerce workflow and challenges would be a plus.
Marketing experience is a important asset as you will be expected to put your ideas into motion by working with senior management to strategically develop marketing campaigns and track the results. A hands-on approach will be essential to understanding the needs of both the customers and the customer service team that will be reporting to you.
Ideal candidates will have a BS degree in graphic communications and/or management level experience in the commercial print industry. Candidates must also enjoy working with people to solve customer challenges. Candidate will need a motivating personality to lead staff to gain new customers as well as grow existing business within our existing customer base. The ability to develop and work with customers directly in a business-to-business setting will be needed to set the example for employees to follow.

q Ability to lead and train customer service people in the art of selling
q Skills to develop creative systems and procedures
q Basic marketing knowledge
q eCommerce workflow and devolvement helpful.
q Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed
q Working knowledge of pre-press software is a plus but not required, such as:
InDesign
QuarkXpress
Adobe Pagemaker
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Photoshop
Microsoft Publisher
PDF/Acrobat
Skills/Qualifications:
Coaching, Development and Management of Processes, Staffing, Managing Profitability, Market Knowledge of the Online Print Industry, Understanding the Customer, Motivation for Sales and Meeting/Exceeding Sales Goals, Developing Budgets, Sales Planning, Meeting or Exceeding Customer’s Print Needs
Duties include:
- Accomplishes sales team strategies by determining accountabilities
- Communicating and enforcing values, policies, and procedures
- Recruitment, training, coaching, counseling, and providing communications for an effective sales/customer service team
- Planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions.
