Description:The Content Producer within the marketing/self-service team will be responsible for coming up with simple text that explains the ING DIRECT brand, products and services, and disseminates our advocacy message. Requests to the content producer will come from various business lines within the bank, including IT, Marketing, Deposit & Lending Services. These requests will require coordination from different units to meet regulatory guidelines while maintaining the ING DIRECT brand personality and tone. The ING DIRECT websites currently include: ingdirect.com, Planet Orange (orangekids.com), business.ingdirect.com, the Financial Advisor Site the ING DIRECT Kids Foundation and the ING DIRECT Shop. The Producer must be proactive in helping enhance these customer touch-points to improve the Customer experience and loyalty to the ING DIRECT brand. The Producer will ensure the usability of the websites remains simple by applying information attained from Customers, research and/or statistics, and will suggest enhancements and efficiencies as appropriate.Primary duty is to simplify and ensure consistent copy throughout ingdirect.com and other web propertiesHelp to ensure optimum website usability and simplicity for Customers by thoroughly integrating changes at various touch points.Use web analytics data to support recommendations and evaluate improvements.Manage Marketing weekly report input and monthly team reports.Manage and Monitor changes to the website and communicate them to Sales.Clearly communicated changes content and flow documented.Qualifications:At least five years of related web marketing and content development experience. Hands on experience improving websites. A fundamental understanding of marketing, branding, and creative development.Ability to motivate through the use of creative communication. Must be willing to be hands-on and ready to roll up sleeves and "get it done."
