Requirements: â€¢ Experience using Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash â€¢ Experience creating optimized graphics for the web â€¢ Ability to recognize design trends in the social networking space â€¢ Strong typography skills and color theory â€¢ Ability to follow creative direction as well as work independently in a fast-pace environment â€¢ Ability to consistently produce a high volume of quality work â€¢ Experience creating marketing materials such as banner ads and landing pages isÂ a plus
